Fresh Home Table is where we share the slow, cozy life we’ve built at home: morning light, quiet nights in, and cooking dinner together.

Our kitchen is Vietnamese-American at heart. Phở, bún and cơm are always in rotation, alongside Japanese donabe nights, Korean comfort food and whatever we’re hooked on lately.

This blog is our recipe catalog, for us, our friends and our family. Every recipe is written to be skimmed at the stove: a short intro, the ingredients, the steps, and nothing else.
