Jalapeño Japanese Tartar Sauce

Small bowls of glossy dark tonkatsu sauce, creamy jalapeño tartar sauce and shredded cabbage next to a platter of fried pork cutlets

A chunky Kewpie egg tartar sauce with a kick from pickled jalapeño. It’s the creamy partner to the tonkatsu sauce on our Menchi Katsu.
